Player Profiled for the month of September is Trevor Bennett. It appears to most long-term members of the club, that Trevor was born at the club. From the young boy playing in the Juniors, to the young man who has become an integral part of the A Grade team and the club. Trevor is the sort of player that can change the course of the game, in any of the disciplines. A very good all round player with an excellent skill base. His enthusiasm in the field is without peer and can be as infectious as a dose of the flu. There is a feeling among the more senior members of the club that our future on the field rests with Trevor and his brother Matthew. Trevor has shown good leadership qualities in the past and he has the potential to be the Captain of the club in the future. It is hoped that season 2000/2001 will be the season when Trevor Dean Bennett stamps his authority on the competition.
