Matthew Bennett

Player Profiled for the month of January is Matthew Bennett.

Matthew "Clem" Bennett is regarded as one of the leading bowlers of the competition. With an ability to swing the ball away from the right handers that is unmatched. This swing has produced a ton of wickets, especially in the last couple of seasons where he has been rewarded with big season tallies. Although he has earned his reputation as a bowler, he does have ability with the bat. With a little more application to the task, Matt could well settle into being a prolific lower order run scorer. "Clem" has been around the club for a very long time and has given his all to help establish Wyndham Cricket Club as a leader, both on and off of the field. A champion player, and a champion bloke.
