The Wyndham Warrior is on the look out for a new story, don't say that you haven't been warned.

The Warrior has been made aware that the current day "Run Machine" Mark Robinson has broken through to claim the record for most career runs at the club.

The Warrior has been witness to some of his finest innings and without hesitation plums for his 130 odd in a losing Semi Final as far and away his best. Surpassing his only score of above 200 which was made in the previous game.

However this veteran has added a string to his bow this current season. After offering all sorts of bribes and promises of money, the Skipper relented and provided the veteran with an opportunity to embarass himself.

Unfortunately the Skippers' plans came unstuck and "Bang, Bang" grabbed two wicket for little or no runs. One of those wickets being the prized scalp of Barkly St Veteran Jim Verduci. ( Jim is currently undergoing pyschological evaluation and a course of very heavy sedatives )

The Warrior has been informed that the result of "Bang Bang" taking wickets is that a shudder has been sent through the entire opposition batting line up of the competition and with his recent selection in the Representative team as an all rounder, the Carnival are in for some fireworks also.....

Stay tuned for more news

Late Mail From The Warrior: With the excellent bowling performance of Robbo, the Skipper has decided to Open the innings and Play "Bang Bamg" as a bowler.....at least that way the Skipper will get a bat
